Land Mark Design(LMD) was a consultant to Maintenance Design Group (MDG) for this RTD light rail maintenance facility. LMD worked with RNL Architects to design the entry paving and side plaza. In addition, LMD designed raised planters, provided extensive fence and gate design, specifications and planting design throughout. The project is now under construction and should be complete in 2004.
