Catharine Mitchell of Land Mark Design provided services pro-bono on this community-driven application for landmark designation with architect Stephen Gale. She produced an inventory and evaluation of Contributing Elements as well as prepared maps with Gale. The project, sponsored by Capitol Hill United Neighbors, was successful and the Avenue now has Denver Landmark designation.
