Oz Architecture contracted Land Mark Design to be the landscape architect for this Globeville Denver Housing Authority (DHA) project. Globeville is a mixed use community combining both residential and industrial uses. The townhouse project sits squarely between the two and is viewed as a means to invigorate the community. Land Mark Design has developed a richly varied, drought tolerant landscape that can be easily maintained by DHA. Most units have private patios with small garden spaces. Turf areas have been limited to the play fields and some tree lawns.? The community gardens, parks and playgrounds will enrich the lives of future residents.
